ORDERING
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Sytch Farm Studios, until we accept your order by way of confirmation email. This will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.
All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, meaning receipt of your order within 7 days. However, there are times when this is not possible and we will notify you of any delay.
Representation of all of our products is done as accurately as possible via images and description - we always try to include a cross section of shades and patterns. Wooden products vary greatly in colour, pattern and general appearance - the product you receive will differ slightly from the ones advertised.
PAYMENT
Prices shown are in UK sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable.
Prices on our website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice.
Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Paypal but you are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase items.
We do not store credit card details and your credit card transactions are secure.
